Chinese law firm FenXun Partners announced on 1st September that Stella Hu has joined the Firm's Capital Markets team as Senior Counsel, from Tian Yuan Law Firm. She is based in Beijing and will be collaborating with the Firm's team throughout China, as well as lawyers in the Capital Markets Group of Baker McKenzie through the Baker McKenzie FenXun Joint Operation platform, to advise Chinese companies on cross-border equity and debt securities offerings, as well as US listed companies on regulatory compliance matters.
