FenXun Partners and Baker & McKenzie recently advised Osram on its agreement to sell its 13.5 percent stake in Foshan Electrical and Lighting Co., Ltd. (FSL) to a subsidiary of PRC state-owned Guangdong Rising Assets Management Co., Ltd. for more than EUR350 million. FSL's shares are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
