Beijing, China, 16 January, 2018 – Chinese law firm FenXun Partners announces today a new litigation team has officially joined its litigation practice. The new joiners include two award-winning litigation lawyers Hong-Huan Liu and Xi Zhou and their team of eight associates and professionals.

Ms. Hong-Huan Liu has over twenty years of experience in acting for many multinational companies in dealing with various complex commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration in China, mainly covering product liability, trade secrets, patent/trademark/copyright infringement, antitrust and competition, commercial bribery, banking, financial derivatives, etc. Her clients include many Fortune 500 companies across such industries as chemical, energy, automobiles, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, media, Internet, financial services, retail, consultation and property management. Some of the cases in which she represented clients in court have been recognized by the Supreme People’s Court as typical precedents or become classic cases in their fields. Ms. Liu has won many awards throughout her brilliant career, including AsiaLaw's "Dispute Star of the Year" in 2015 and 2017, and Asian Legal Business's " China's Top 10 Litigators"., She has been consistently ranked as a "Band One Dispute Resolution Attorney in China" in all kinds of legal directories, including Chambers & Partners’ "Band One" dispute resolution attorney in mainland China for seven consecutive years since 2011. Ms. Liu is on the panel of arbitrators of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), and Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC).

Mr. Xi Zhou is an experienced and outstanding litigator and arbitrator, whose clients mainly from major multinational companies and renowned Chinese companies in such industries as automobiles, electronics, retail, manufacturing, energy and banking. The main issues he has dealt with include product liability, trade secrets, intellectual property disputes, financial and commercial litigation, administrative law disputes, as well as anti-bribery matters. He has acted for clients in many high-profile, complex cases. As an award-winning practitioner, Mr. Zhou has been named "Litigation Lawyer of the Year" by China Law & Practice and listed on the global outstanding lawyers' list in Who’s Who Legal: Product Liability Defence guide.

Ms. Hong-huan Liu and Xi Zhou graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and Peking University Law School respectively. Both of them worked at Jun He Beijing office prior to joining FenXun.
