FenXun Partners is on the selected International Investment law firm (China law firm) list which the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM) announced on October 30, 2015. 

The firms on the list will provide MOFCOM with legal services on the following aspects: negotiations on international investment treaty; other countries and regions' legislation and its implementation on foreign investment and overseas investment; dealing with international investment disputes involving Chinese government.
