Ms. Wang has represented multinational companies, listed companies, and private companies in dealing with a series of different compliance issues and providing compliance legal opinions in respect of Chinese anti-bribery laws and U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, such as conducting internal investigations; conducting compliance due-diligence for investment deals; responding to government enforcements; building companies’ compliance culture; coping with Cyber-Security Law; and dealing with other issues against compliance systems.

Ms. Wang is apt at discovering compliance risks and loopholes of a company and providing remediation opinions based on her understanding of the industries coupled with media search, key-person interviews, document review, financial review, and system check.  The industries include pharmaceutical, internet, education, chemical equipment, aerospace, hotel, etc.
