Yun Chen is a senior counsel of FenXun Partners, Shanghai Office. He has over ten years’ experience in IP-related legal services and dispute resolution area.

Yun represents both multinational and domestic clients in various fields in handling plenty of IP-related cases, with a particular emphasis on IP infringement, trade secrets and international IP disputes. He works with clients to establish and implement strategies for procuring, protecting, commercializing and enforcing their IP rights and for minimizing risk to their IP assets in China.

Before working as a lawyer, Yun had worked in a PRC court for a long time. Yun's range of experience gained during years of working as a judge and a lawyer allows him to provide comprehensive dispute resolution solutions and advice to clients, whether they are multinational or local Chinese clients.
