Ms. Han is a member of the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Group.  Her practice focuses on corporate matters with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and regulatory advisory matters.


Educational background and qualifications

Ms. Han graduated from Columbia University with an LL.M. (2016) (with the James Kent Scholar honor) and Fudan University with an LL.B. (2012).  She is admitted to practice in the State of New York (2017).
