Mr. Zhang's practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, commercial trading, and PRC regulatory matters.  In particular, he has extensively involved in China outbound investments. He regularly advises both domestic and multinational companies on PRC corporate, commercial, regulatory, and EHS issues in the manufacturing, oil and gas, civil aviation, automobile, and other consumer products sectors.
