He advised on the employee consultation and employee transfer aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and provided executive hiring and terminations, workforce restructuring and downsizing, senior employee relocation/global mobility, confidentiality and non-competition, compliance and investigation, data privacy and other day-to-day employment law advice to various companies.
